About

This isn't a high-volume agency churning out templated solutions. This is a selective growth partner for founders who've been overlooked by everyone else and deserve better.

Brandon Green

28 years building brands. 15 of those years working for Fortune 500 companies that didn't need my help. Massive budgets. Layers of account managers. Projects where the marketing spend could have funded an entire nonprofit for a year.

At Pier 1 Imports, I art directed national campaigns. At Prison Entrepreneurship Program, I served as Director of Marketing Communications for 8 years—telling stories of transformation and leading brand strategy for an organization rebuilding lives. Somewhere in that journey, I started asking myself: who actually needs this work?

I kept meeting founders with incredible skills and zero support. Justice-impacted entrepreneurs rebuilding their lives with real talent but no infrastructure. Nonprofits doing transformative work with websites that looked like they were built in 2005.

The gap wasn't talent. It was access. Access to the same strategic thinking, creative direction, and professional execution that Fortune 500 companies take for granted.

So I left. Started Lone Star Local with a simple premise: second-chance founders and mission-driven organizations deserve the same level of work as any Fortune 500 company. Not charity. Not discounted services. The real thing.

We stay small on purpose. Selective clients. Deep partnerships. No assembly line. No junior team members learning on your project. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Operations Officer at Texas Tree Transformations while running Lone Star Local—because I believe in practicing what I preach.

This isn't about charity. It's about working with people who are building something real and deserve infrastructure that matches their ambition.

OUR MISSION

Why Second-Chance Work Matters

The justice-impacted community faces a credibility gap that has nothing to do with skill.

A talented contractor with a record can't compete with established companies—not because of quality, but because of presentation. A formerly incarcerated entrepreneur can't get taken seriously without professional infrastructure. The work is there. The skill is there. But without the credibility markers that professional branding provides, they're invisible.

Branding isn't cosmetic. It's structural.

When we build a professional brand for a second-chance founder, we're not just making things look nice. We're creating the credibility infrastructure that lets talent speak for itself. We're removing the barrier that keeps skilled people from competing on equal footing.

I've watched it work. Founders who couldn't get callbacks now secure commercial contracts. Businesses that were invisible now compete with established companies. Not because their skills improved—they were always talented. Because they finally have the professional presentation that makes people take them seriously.

That's not charity.

That's leveling the playing field so talent can actually compete.

Talent Was Never the Problem

The issue wasn't skill. It was visibility, positioning, and structure. We fix the foundation so talent can finally compete.

Credibility Opens Doors

Serious brands get serious responses. The right presentation changes who calls back and who signs contracts.

Chaos Kills Growth

Momentum collapses without systems. We build workflows and infrastructure that protect and multiply effort.

Structure Beats Sympathy

We're not in the business of charity. We build digital foundations that let mission-driven entrepreneurs stand shoulder to shoulder with established companies.

How We Work

Four principles that guide every decision we make.

01

Structure Creates Freedom

Good systems don't constrain you—they create space to focus on what actually matters. Automation handles the repetitive work. Strategy guides the big decisions. Infrastructure enables growth without chaos. Freedom comes from having the right foundation, not from winging it.

02

Boutique by Design

We stay small because scale dilutes quality. Every client gets direct access to me, not an account manager. Every project gets strategic attention, not a templated process. No junior team members learning on your dime. This is intentional—we'd rather do fewer projects well than more projects poorly.

03

Selective Partnerships

We work with founders ready to invest in real infrastructure, not shortcuts. Not everyone is there yet, and that's okay. But if you're done competing on price and ready to build something that lasts, we should talk. We turn down more projects than we take on.

04

No Fake Metrics

We don't inflate numbers or promise viral growth. We build foundations that compound over time. Real outcomes you can measure—more leads, better conversion, time saved. Not vanity metrics that look good in a report but don't move your business forward.

Let's Build Something That Lasts

If you're ready to invest in structure, we're ready to partner. Let's create something meaningful together.
